Hardware Setup - Why do I get a MQTT transmit fail error?

When using an EWON Flexy, possible reasons for a MQTT transmit fail error are:

1. Key files are missing, not working, or not named correctly. On an EWON, the keys are in the /USR directory and should be named using the deviceId name in the EWON script which was also provided to you by Pani.

2. Ewon device cannot get out to public internet. Make sure the gateway can access the public internet. If using an Ewon Flexy, the Internet connectoin wizard on the Talk2M portal is a good tool for checking this.

See the Ewon Troubleshooting Guide for additional information.
