This is dependent on what is being measured as latency - if it's "time-to-sensor-data-in tables", then it would be shorter as where bigger latencies are generally due to computations and queueing delays which can take up to 2 hours.  It may also be a situation where some tuning control by Pani may be necessary (on a case by case basis).
