Support-How do I get support?

 The Pani Support Center is available at, or in the Help menu from the Pani ZED™ platform.
To get support:
1. Log into the support center and select "Submit Ticket" from the top right hand header menu.
2. Create a support/bug/feature request ticket, which includes a description of the issue and the issue's severity.
3. Submit the ticket.
4. You will be notified via email of the progress of the ticket.
Note, our team aims to respond within 1 business day.
