There are many areas where the service can be customized, including reporting, KPIs, and there are several tools that are user configurable. The levels of service (View, Focus, Guide, Consult) have fixed feature sets. We try to be very customer driven and focused, so if there is a feature that you would like to see, use the support center to enter the feature request, and our Product team will evaluate the request and reply with feedback on the request.
