Product-Can I upgrade from one level to another?

 Upgrading from one level of service to another is fairly easy, with the main issue being changes in data connectivity and amount of sensor data the platform can access. If the plant has the data, we can usually move customers between levels within a week or two. If there are gaps, we can work with plant operations to ease the migration process.
