This feature is content dependent. If there is no data for a particular sensor or KPI, or the available data is outside of the graph's date range, then the graph will appear empty. This is found sometimes in Playbook studies or Interactive reports. Try to take advantage of the Graph Preview feature that appears in several menus. This ensures that the data you are trying to plot is viable and available.
