Introduction
The Pani Support Center provides information and support through our knowledge base and the support ticketing system.
The Support Center is the main resource for clients to:
- Learn about Pani Zed platform features with articles, tutorials, and how-to videos
- Request a new feature within the platform (via the ticketing system)
- Search the knowledge base for answers to common questions
- Get support from Pani staff (via the ticketing system)
How to Get Started
1. Log into the Pani Zed platform, and click the ' ? ' menu and select Help Center, or open a new tab and go to support.panienergy.com
2. From the Support Center home page, navigate to the top right corner of the page, and click on the Client Log-in link
4. Click the button on the left to log in and set up a Support Center account
Once your account is set up, the Support Center portal can remember your login information, and you will be connected with all the Support Resources, from submitting support request tickets to accessing the full library of information in the knowledge base.
The Support team will also be notified of the new account, and can complete the process of adding you into the support system.
